So much fun Saturday, October 29, 2016!   I honestly cannot put into words my appreciation and gratitude to everyone that helped with the Fall Festival and Cartober Fest!  I was hoping for 20 cars and we had 45!  Lots of kids and visitors painted pumpkins, popped balloons for pizza prizes, got their faces painted, played bean bags, ate soup and pork loins and got some yummy treats at the bake sale and then stayed to watch Hocus Pocus.

Congratulations to our two raffle winners for the 50/50 and a night's stay at Hotel Pattee and the winners of our People's Choice Awards for Favorite Car, Truck and Tractor - Favorite Car was won by Rippey's own Mark Day for his 1968 Chevy Camaro, Cory Dunn won for Favorite Truck and Dennis Owens won for Favorite Tractor.

Thank you to everyone who helped by baking goodies, making soup, cleaning up, decorating, helping throughout the day and all those that came out to enjoy a beautiful day in Rippey!!!

This is my last post as librarian and I can't think of a better day to end my time at the Rippey Library than the one I had Saturday!  Thank you all!!!....Katrina
