A COMMUNITTY  ACHIEVMENT Just a word of commendation to the Rippey Lions club for exceptionally meritorious service to its community since its organization last year. A partial list of its projects was enumerated by President W. E. Chase at the meeting last week and is set forth in the Rippey news column in this issue. There is no need to repeat, but the list includes aid to the nation's war program, to the new library, a program of youth recreation, business growth of the community, and several fine social projects.
